Shantanu Prakash founded the largest company in the Education Sector in India, Educomp Solutions and is regarded as a thought leader in the education technology space he holds a bachelors degree in Commerce from SRCC and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.

Mohit Bansal has worked in the technology space with IBM, and in the marketing function with ITC, India's largest consumer products company. He co-founded Learning Hour in 2005 and then started LEAP in 2009. Learning Hour is now one of the largest School tutoring companies in India. Mohit holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.

Riju Gupta has worked in the world of high finance with Citigroup and Barclays Capital. He holds a Bachelors' degree in Business Administration from University of Delhi and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad. He is one of the co-founders of LEAP.

Chandan Aggarwal has worked with Accenture Consulting as a strategy advisor to various multinationals companies. He has done his engineering from DCE, MTech from IIT Delhi and MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.
